I bought two Sony cameras from a flea market without battery and without charger. 1 x cyber-shot DSC-HX 5V. 1 x DSC-W270. Can I use a) use the Sony NP-FW50 dual charger for both cameras? b) Can the Sony batteries type G, NP-BG1 also be charged with it?

Only if they have an NP-FW50 battery. This charger does not work for anything else.
