Hama C-Laeta
32 GB, USB-A, USB-C, USB 3.0
I bought two Hama C-Laeta (32 GB, USB A, USB C, 3.0) two years ago. Although I didn't save often, uploading files no longer works (properly). At first the stick still copies relatively quickly, then the speed drops massively to 2 MBit/s and often even to zero and the transfer stops completely. Re-formatting the sticks has not brought any improvement either. I have no problem with a stick from another manufacturer. Can I return the defective Hama sticks or send them in for repair?
The stick worked fine for a few years. A few months ago I had to replace it. On the one hand, the transfer speed dropped as already described above, on the other hand, it was sometimes no longer recognised at all.
So far I have had no problems. The way the problem is described, there could already be a defect. Kind regards R.
