Question about Xtorm Volt Series

I bought this "Xtorm XA031 Travel Charger Pack" mainly for my various phones but can I also charge my Dell XPS laptop? I found two pieces of information about the power supply for my Dell. On the charger it is written in big letters "45W" and in smaller letters "Dell Output 20V / 15 V / 9V / 5V ==2.25 / 3 / 3 / 3 A". And under the laptop it says "Dell Input 20 V == 2.25A".

Here is the answer from our department responsible: Generally speaking, it could be used to charge the laptop as it has a 65W USB-C output, but only if the customer's laptop is capable of charging via USB-C, and to find out if this is the case, we need the exact model/serial number of the laptop as not all models in the Dell XPS series have this feature.To know if this is the case, we need to have the exact model/serial number of the laptop as not all models of the Dell XPS series have this feature.
