I bought this RTX, when we ordered it they said it would arrive between 3/11 and 5/11. But now they say that no details are given. Can I pick it up somewhere or do I have to wait until it is shipped?

Hi, I bought this card 26.04, delivery time wa 27-28.04. Today is 4.05 card is paid.  And still not understood.
