Question about G.Skill Trident Z RGB

I bought this RAM about 2 months ago. Both ram's work as far as the RAM is concerned but as far as the RGB readings are concerned there is only one recognised in the driver can anyone help me?

Yes, I did, but I have since sent in my RAM and will see what Digitec does.
