I bought this product to connect a monitor to a USB port of the notebook. Unfortunately, this does not work. Digitus is not recognised. Can anyone give me a tip? Many thanks Roman Zenoni

Helpful answer

After plugging it in, a driver has to be installed, depending on the drive. It appears as a new drive where you have to click on it.
