Question about Link2Go Mini DP closed
I bought this product for my surface pro 4. I have noticed that when I connect my surface to the TV screen only the picture is transmitted. Is it normal that the sound cannot be output from the TV?

No, it's not normal that the sound is not transmitted to the TV. It can happen that Windows 10 does not recognize the audio output of the mini-DisplayPort and continues to emit sound via the speakers of the Surface. To fix this, simply turn off the Surface and then turn it back on (do not reboot) while leaving the adapter in the mini-DisplayPort and the HDMI output connected to the TV.
Note: Unlike HDMI, the mini-DisplayPort output is stereo only and does not transmit in multi-channel.
