I bought this phone, and in the advertisement it was saying that the phone has 4gb RAM, but the phone came with only 3gb RAM. How can I do with this matter?

i notice that there is a choice with this phone of 3GB or 4GB. The 4GB is more expensive. Are you sure you ordered the right model?

Please contact customer support. Either there's a mistake on the product page and the specifiaction is wrong. Or you got a different model. Either way, you should be able to return it, if you wish to do so, as it's not what's advertised.
