I bought this phone and am very satisfied. Now I have also bought an external memory card (Samsung's EVO micro SDXC), unfortunately it is not recognised. Does anyone know why?

Hey,

Of course, it could be a defect. But to be on the safe side, I would try connecting the card to a PC and reformatting it. (If nothing helps, I would take it back to a shop or briefly contact customer service.

I also bought an SDXC card from Samsung (128GB). It works perfectly. What is confusing is the symbol in the info bar with the card symbol and exclamation mark, it looks like an error message. I assume this refers to the 2nd SIM card, which could theoretically be inserted. However, it is displayed in the memory in the settings and read/write access works perfectly.

I also bought a Samsung SDXC card 128 GB, which is recognised without any problems. What is confusing, however, is that at the top of the info bar there is a kind of card symbol with an exclamation mark, which looks like a help message. I assume this refers to the fact that no second SIM is inserted. The card is displayed in the settings for memory, and read7write also works perfectly.

I am thinking of buying the device, but I would like to have this question clarified. What is the situation now with the SD card, why do two users have problems up to how much memory is the device expandable?
