I bought this mouse in December 2024 and have now noticed that the mouse occasionally double-clicks and lags. The phenomena described occur less frequently with the wired application... Drivers are up to date and there are no errors in the settings. I read in a forum that the problem with the lags can be eliminated with an "Asus Rog Polling Rate Booster" - can anyone confirm this? And are the double-clicks also due to connection problems (and therefore solvable) or is this a mechanical problem with the sensors?

The **ROG Polling Rate Booster** from Asus can actually improve the performance of your mouse by increasing the polling rate up to **8000 Hz**. This can reduce lag and improve your mouse's responsiveness.
For **double clicks**, this can be caused by several reasons:
Check the mouse settings to make sure the click sensitivity is set correctly.
Clean the mouse, as dust or debris can cause clicking problems.
Reset the mouse settings.
Test the mouse on another device to determine whether the problem is with the mouse itself or your computer.
If the problem persists, it may be that the mouse is faulty and needs to be replaced.

I don't recognise the phenomenon.
