Yes its very normal, if you play games just cap the fps and it will go away mostly

my gpu also has the same problem, I'll wait for the market to settle down then I'll send it under warranty

Yes, that's normal, mine has that too.
In a YouTube video, a YouTuber said that if you want to replace it, you may well get one where it's even worse. It's best to limit the FPS to the Hz of your monitor.
A lot of the new GPUs have that.

I have also noticed a clearly audible whirring of the coils. However, I can't say whether this is normal.

I've also bought this graphics card, but I've had no problems of this kind.
