I bought this controller to play games on Steam (PC), but it doesn't work at all. The PC seems to recognise the controller (sound when plugged in), but it cannot be operated. Does anyone know why?

According to our information, this may be a driver problem. We recommend configuring the controller manually in Steam under "Settings > Controller > General controller settings".
