I bought these headphones in February and am very satisfied. Unfortunately, the "in ear" plug has worn out after wearing them so much. Is there a way to reorder them?

Hello. I can't say much about them. I don't wear them that often. So it hasn't happened to me (yet). However, I know that Urbanista has these plugs as accessories on their website. I don't know if they are also available from specialist retailers. However, it would be an indispensable service that they should offer.
