Question about Sony WF-1000XM3
I bought these headphones, but how come I only have just over 30 minutes of battery life? That's really not much!
So it's clearly a problem. You have to get them replaced. Normally if you put them in the box and the box is plugged in until the red LED goes off you should be able to listen to music for several hours.
Not normal. You have to charge the box well and then leave the headphones well charged inside. When you don't use it anymore, you have to put the headphones back in the box so that the headphones are always fully charged.
30' is not normal!
