Question about Technics EAH-AZ100E

I bought these headphones because of the outstanding reviews and because they also look nice. But the headphones always fall out of my left ear. I pull and tug on them, screw them into my ear, but they just don't stay in. Neither creams nor earwax are the problem xD - I've done the measurement with all the plugs right up to the end, but it doesn't help. Does anyone have any advice?
