I bought the screen new because of the two USB-C ports. However, it does not work as I expected. My setup: - A PC - A laptop - Peripherals connected to screen (camera, USB dongle for Logitech keyboard & mouse) Two USB-C ports: - One works. It supplies power, displays the picture and loops peripherals through (keyboard, mouse, camera, sound). This works with both USB-C cables I have and also with the laptop as well as the PC. - The other one does not work. It does not supply power nor does it display the picture. No matter if I connect a PC or laptop & no matter which cable. I have done the tests exclusively (only one device attached), but also both devices at the same time. The screen menu also only gives me one USB-C as a source. Have I misunderstood something? Do I have to connect a source as a Displayport? If so, how do I then loop the peripherals through?

Helpful answer

Ok, problem solved.

- Connect device 1 with USB-C -> Image & Peripherals
- Connect device 2 with Displayport (image & audio) and USB-C UP (peripherals).
- Set up the monitor in the settings so that Displayport Input gets the peripherals from USB-C UP.

Switch between Displayport <> USB-C.

The second USB-C port is only for data, it is not fully occupied. The second device should be connected via USB-A and its video signal then via HDMI or Displayport. This should actually work.
