Question about Satechi USB-C Stand & Hub für Mac Mini

I bought the SATECHI USB-C Stand & Hub for my Mac Mini M1. I installed the Samsung 860 EVO M.2 SSD recommended by Satechi. Unfortunately, I cannot use the SSD! The SSD is visible in Disk Utility but cannot be activated. SSD always disappears for a short time in the overview. When I try to activate the SSD, I always get an error message. Does anyone know this problem? If so, is there a solution? (I suspect that the supply voltage to the hub with the SSD is too low).

Update from SATECHI support:
Satechi seems to be aware of the problem. They are currently looking for a solution.

It would be interesting to see if this hub will soon be available for the new Mac Mini, which is much smaller.
At the moment I have been using this hub for a long time on two MiniMacs and it works very well.

Now there is to be a V2 with NVME SSD support.
When will Digitec be adding this to its range?

The hub only works with SATA M2 SSDs, Adata Ultimate SU650 works wonderfully.

I still have to test the speed.

Problem still exists.
Purchased 24.01.2022 I use a WD Blue 3D 1TB M.2 as SSD which should work according to the manufacturer:

Oh yes...the working hub shows a write/read performance of a ridiculous 340MBytes/sec.....
A normal USB-C/M2 Sata adapter brings it to 540MBytes/sec with the Evo 860, as it should be...
