I bought the Samsung The Frame 32" from you a few weeks ago. As the WLAN module is unfortunately very weak, I would now like to connect the TV via LAN cable. According to the description, there should be a network connection (RJ45), but I can't find a corresponding connection on the device - there isn't one on the One Connect Box either. Can you please tell me where this connection is located or whether this model actually has a LAN port?

The model does not actually have a LAN connection (RJ45), neither on the TV nor on the One Connect Box. This 32-inch model only connects to the Internet via WLAN.
