I bought the product a few months ago. I have now noticed that the two arms of the mount are inclined differently (defect in the workmanship?). My screens are more than 2kg below the maximum. So it can't be due to the weight. Has anyone else had experience with this?

Yes, I make the same observation. Monitors well below the weight limit and yet the left one hangs down.
