I bought the phone because of 5g, but I only get 4g+. I first looked for the fault with the provider (Yallo). However, I receive 5g in another device. Does anyone have the same problem?
Hello, 5g with sunrise ? i have neither changed power nor network settings. i have no chance to get 5g and technik sunrise doesn't know if this phone works. Global Rom with the 3500(78) band technically it must run 4g+ thats it. would be glad there is a solution
Check if you have the latest software on your Xiaomi. Also, you only have 5G in slot 1, slot 2 only supports 4G+. With Yallo you have to solve an option to use 5G, but you seem to have done that already.
perhaps yallo or sunrise has not certified the device for their 5g network.
the only thing that can help is a visit to a shop and putting on the pressure!
