I bought the keyboard because the secondary characters are finally illuminated. However, if you look at the pictures, the tertiary characters are also illuminated, e.g. the @, #, | and so on. However, this is not the case with my keyboard. Is this a kind of marketing scam or do I have a "pre-model" where this wasn't the case?

As I have seen in videos, all keys should normally be illuminated.
If this is not the case, you may have received a defective keyboard. The best thing to do is to contact our Digitec assistant directly. https://www.digitec.ch/help
