Question about Dell USB-C to

I bought the item from Galaxus, unfortunately it doesn't work with Win10 and the Lenovo laptop. Drivers are updated and everything is connected correctly. Hardware is also recognised, but the screens are not found. Does anyone have any tips on how I can proceed? Thank you!
