I bought the Heos 1 HS2 a few days ago, integration in the WLAN went well, I can find the speakers via Bluetooth, but I am forced to update the software (1.421.153) and after this update neither my Mac nor my iPhone can find any Bluetooth devices although the detection is activated. Denon support = useless, anyone have the same problem after updating to the firmware released on the 19th? Please give me quick feedback, otherwise the devices will go back to Digitec.

I have exactly the same problem. At the beginning Bluetooth worked, then I set up the speakers and was also forced to update the FW (1.421.153). After that, Bluetooth no longer worked either. After I reset one of the devices to factory settings, Bluetooth worked again. But then the same thing happened again: Set up WLAN, then Bluetooth no longer worked :( Tried to pair with different devices, no success.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Otherwise, I'll have to send them back, which is a shame...

Connected with the same firmware version without problems. With BT as well as in the Heos WLAN without any problems. Via BT I can connect with my iPhone ; Android and with a Win10 computer. Maybe you have an over Apple in your home? The speakers are great and I enjoy them. Insider tip: Heos 5 sounds intergalactically awesome!
