Question about HyperX Cloud II
I bought the headset today because of all the good comments. When I connected the USB cable to the PS4, I noticed that I couldn't operate the controls. Is this the same for you?
Yes, that is so. The control only works under Windows. But if you press the button for surround sound when you start the PS4, at least that works. You have to adjust the volume and mic level in the settings.
