I bought the headset to be more independent with Zoom and skype. However, the microphone does not work via Bluetooth (windows10). I have tried various settings with Zoom but only the internal microphone works. The manufacturer's help page does not help me. The setup is not sent with the product, you have to download it first!

Works perfectly for me (macOS). I don't work with Zoom but I'm sure there is a microphone setting there.
