I bought the headphones last year and had to use the cable for the first time today because of the battery. Unfortunately, only the right earpiece worked. Do I have to change anything in the settings on the phone or send them for repair?

So both shells work via Bluetooth? And the cable is the original one that came with it and has not been used so far? It's unlikely that the latter is already broken. But I would still go to digitec, either you can analyse it there with a replacement cable or send it in.
