Question about JBL Tune Flex

I bought the headphones at the end of last year and was happy with them until recently. Now suddenly the right earphone is significantly quieter than the left one. According to the app, the balance is even. If I move the slider to the right side as far as it will go, it is balanced again but the overall volume is much quieter. What else could be the cause? Pollution and hearing problems can be ruled out.

I had exactly the same problem. I sent headphones back and then received a credit note.

I also had the same problem. They were replaced without any problems. The new ones are working well again at the moment. Seems to be a general problem.
