Question about Epson Perfection V850 Pro

I bought the EPSON V850 Pro on 17/03/2018, installed it without any problems on the Windows 10 computer I was using at the time. It ran without any problems until the beginning of August 2019. On 2 August, I updated to the latest WINDOWS 10 version. Since then, the EPSON no longer runs. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it. It recognised the machine without any problems. When I tried to scan, the software refused to work. On a Windows 7 computer, the device runs without any problems. So the problem cannot be with the device or the connection. Is there anywhere to download the latest drivers for the current WINDOWS 10 operating system. The automatic update software does not show an update.
