I bought the device new, put it into operation yesterday Sunday and everything worked! Today, when I wanted to use the internet (Facebook, Whatsapp) in the shop, the message "No internet connection" appears! However, it is possible to make phone calls and send text messages. At home, the smartphone works without any problems with my W-LAN access. Can anyone tell me what the problem could be? Thanks in advance!
Hello - have you connected to WLAN in the business (to the business WLAN)? If no => connect to WLAN. Otherwise you would probably still need to turn on roaming so that internet over 4G (not wifi) worked then.... Where to find this I don't know for Motorola specifically, but Android (Settings - Network e.g. or Settings Internet or Settings SIM etc.).
