I bought the battery new. Now when I insert it into the camera a6000 the message comes up: "Incompatible battery. Use correct model". Actually, it should be compatible. It says so on the manufacturer's website.
Does anyone know more?

These batteries work fine in my a6300.
How old is your camera? 
Maybe a firmware update of the camera software can help: Current is FW3.21 from 19.3.2019

I have installed the update. The 2.0 was installed before. Unfortunately, the message still appears.
