I bought the Asus ROG STRIX X870E-E Gaming together with the 9800X3D processor. Unfortunately, the motherboard switches off after 20-45 seconds, depending on the pause. Regardless of whether RAM is installed and where or not! Tried all bios updates up and down without success. What could be faulty, motherboard or CPU?

On the card there is a small display that gives an error code, what does it indicate?
Is the RAM in slots A2 and B2?
