I bought the 22 Ultra but haven't received an additional product yet. Do I need to do something or will Digitec send it to me later? Can anyone help me?

With the S22 Ultra, you first have to log in to the Samsung Members App with a Samsung account, where you will receive an email from Samsung asking whether you meet the requirements. Only then will Samsung send you the Buds.
