I bought one, but for some reason I can't get a picture signal on the tablet. Reinstalled drivers several times, used several USB ports and also tried the HDMI ports with a docking station. Would an HDMI splitter help if only one HDMI port (which I currently use for the monitor) works?
Please try it on another device. It could be that the cable is defective or that your HDMI output is defective.
Basically, the screen works like a monitor and does not need a driver. The driver is mainly needed for the pen input.
You can also simply connect it to a switch, PS4 or anything else.
I had the same problem at the beginning. The reason was that I wanted to use a passive display port to HDMI adapter for the existing 3 monitors. Had to use an active DP to HDMI adapter. (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/roline-dp-zu-hdmi-15cm-data-video-adapter-11615141)
To test it, just pull out a few displays to see if it's the same problem.
