I bought Jabra gn 9120... But it's for cordless phones.... can I somehow connect it with a cable to a landline phone?

Does the GN9120 DG work with the Gigaset DX800 ?

No, the GN9120 cannot be connected to other telephones via cable. However, it could be used with a DECT GAP compatible base station - e.g. a FritzBox with DECT function or a Gigaset c610(IP), which is connected to the telephone connection via SIP or analogue.
