Question about iRobot Roomba i7+

I bought a used+verified iRobot i7 from Galaxus (verified by Galaxus). I installed the app on my smartphone, opened a user account and connected my iRobot. On the app, I now have all the cleaning processes available in the history, including a detailed room map of the previous owner. This is tricky from a data protection point of view. Does the old owner now automatically see my room map and cleaning sessions? This data should be linked to the user account and not to the device!

Good day

In such cases, we always recommend resetting the device to the factory settings via the app.
You can do this in the app in the settings. The cards are then removed.
The cleaning histories are stored in the cloud for each device and are not dependent on the user account, as different user accounts can access the same device, e.g. partner/roommate, etc.
The previous owner no longer has access to your device, as it has now been installed in another WLAN. Accordingly, he automatically loses access.
