I bought a Nespresso Atelier with 400 Fr. free coffee on 19.02.2024. How do I get the free coffee when I place an order on Nespresso? I have logged in to the shop and registered my machine. I wanted to order coffee but it doesn't deduct 50 Fr.

It didn't work for me either.
I called Nesspresso and it was activated.
After that it worked....
