Question about Logitech G G502 Lightspeed

I bought a G502 and plugged the receiver into the USB socket and then switched on the mouse. But the mouse did not work. It only works when I connect it directly via the cable. Do I have to press anything on the mouse to get it to connect to the receiver or could it be that my receiver is not working? (I have already tested it on another PC, but it did not work).

After plugging in the receiver, the driver and the programme should install themselves. If this does not happen, try downloading the 'Logitech G Hub' programme manually.
