Hello, I just had a warranty case with the Ascaso Seel UNO PID and can only say this much, the service / warranty acceptance on the part of Galaxus is uncomplicated, great and also unprecedented in my experience so far. I sent the machine by courier to the Galaxus service centre and already received the message in the afternoon that the machine would be replaced 1:1 and was already in transit. Two days later I already had the new machine at home!

[Correction 05.06.2020:] The 5-year warranty to which the enquiry refers is not a manufacturer's warranty, but an additional line granted by a network of stationary dealers within Germany. In this respect, the 2-year warranty on our homepage is correct.
