I am undecided whether to buy this product, I would like to use it outside the home connected to a portable router with a 5G sim card. I would play Battlefield 6 in multiplayer mode but I am afraid of latency and lag. Are there any demo consoles so I can test it before I buy it?

According to my research, this should be possible, but there will probably be a lag. I have not tested it myself, but from experience such a constellation will cause lag. Perhaps someone has already used this constellation and can share their experience here as to how high the lag would be.
