I am trying to use this product in combination with a HDMI cable (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/shiverpeaks-hdmi-typ-a-hdmi-typ-a-150-m-hdmi-video-kabel-13508296?supplier=406802) and a usb-c to 2xHDMI splitter (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/delock-usb-typ-c-zu-hdmi-25-cm-data-video-adapter-7944894?supplier=406802). But I can't get a signal from the DisplayPort screen. Does anyone have any idea what can be done?

That didn't work for me either. I sent it back and used this one:
Purelink HDMI to DisplayPort Converter

It worked tiptop with this one.

That didn't work for me either. I sent it back and used this one:
Purelink HDMI to DisplayPort Converter

It worked tiptop with this one.
