Which Twint then? I downloaded UBS Twint from the Huawei AppGallery and it works perfectly.

Since many Huawei devices do not have a Google Play Store, TWINT cannot be used on such Huawei devices. Instead, I would choose a smartphone that is equipped with the Google Play Store or Apple Store, as TWINT usually works with these.
