I am mega disappointed not by the light effects but by the app and the connection which constantly does not work and I can't even connect it to alexa although it says so on the package :((( 300 fr down the drain

Hello, I would check the router configuration. It should be set to 2.4 Ghz (5 Ghz is not supported by Nanoleaf). You can also find very useful tips on their website regarding router settings. Otherwise, ask support for help. They are quite quick and can help in many cases...

Well, the 300 CHF are not completely gone. You can still sell the things on.
Can you explain what's wrong with the connection? :)

Have you already contacted Nanoleaf's support? Maybe they are working on an update :)
