I am looking for replacement ear pads for the Sony WH-1000XM3. So far I've only come across foreign shops that I can't really judge... And at the original spare parts supplier they cost more than half the price of the device. Who can help me? I wear the headphones several hours a day (because of the ANC) and slowly the pads are so flat that the hard speaker presses on the ear.

Yes, it is indeed the case that the original pads from the official dealer are not exactly cheap. Unfortunately, I also know this from my own experience. You'll have to try the dealer abroad, for better or worse.
