I am looking for Kingston 16 GB RAM and 240 GB SSD for a NEO N42C-4 upgrade. I can also buy the NEO N42C-4 Mini PC. Upgrade instructions indicate RAM model number: Kingston BKMH0871451 or BPMK16A1447 and Kingston SSD SM2280S3G2

These should be fine for your application. Get 2 of these for 16GB.
The SSD Kingston A400 or UV500 should also work with the Neo.
