Question about i-tec Dual DP USB-C Power Delivery 4k Dock

If your laptop does have a USB-C port that does support the PowerDelivery feature and Video Transfer over USB-C then the docking station should work without any problem.
If you are not sure if your laptop's USB-C does support these features, can you please contact our Technical support? Please let us know the exact model - there should be a label/print on the bottom of the laptop with the model.
