Sockets that support the WeMo standard are directly supported by Alexa (without having to go via external services such as IFTTT). Unfortunately, I only know of models with Schuko, such as http://www.belkin.com/de/p/P-F7C027/.

I use mystrom sockets, which can be controlled via IFTTT. These are compatible plugs in Switzerland. Others from Germany have Schuko plugs
