I am interested in whether the centre column can be swivelled by 90 degrees? It is advertised on the Rolei homepage, but unfortunately not clearly here.
No. Rollei does not make such tripods. However, they are available from Manfrotto and Benro. The centre column of Rolleis can be rotated 180 degrees and used upside down. Is that what you mean?
