Question about LG UltraGear 45GX950A-B

I am currently looking for a single widescreen monitor solution to replace my two current monitors (including the Gigabyte FV43U). KVM switch is an important aspect and currently favoured are the Dell 5226KW AND LG 52G930B, also the LG 45GX950A-B. However, I'm not sure how LG supports a multi-PC setup (PC & notebook) as there are supposedly no integrated KVM switches. Basically I'm a bit surprised that LG as one of the big display manufacturers doesn't include KVM switches in their monitors, but somehow I can't imagine that these monitors are only intended for a single PC setup. How can at least one keyboard be connected so that it can be used for both systems without having to move the keyboard? HDR would be great and another aspect :-). I would be very grateful for feedback.

I recommend simply buying a separate KVM switch, e.g. from UGreen. Then you are monitor independent.

Just to illustrate what "no KVM" means in this case:
For the video-output, the monitor can be connected to several devices at once. It has one DisplayPort 2.1 port, two HDMI 2.1 ports, as well as a USB-C output that supports DP Alt Mode. You use the OSD menu on the monitor to switch between these.
The monitor also has two downstream USB-A ports. The peripherals you connect to these (keyboard, mouse, or webcam) will be sent over the aforementioned USB-C cable. So if you are using the monitor with multiple devices, and you want to connect the keyboard and mouse directly into the monitor, you'll still need to unplug the USB-C and connect it to the one device you'd like to use now. There is no simple way to switch between the devices with a button. Which is what the KVM would enable.
As @Zuricos said, you can get an external KVM switch to add the KVM functionality. Or look for a different monitor.
