I am currently having an issue with my ZFold 4, where the inner screen is show dead pixels and two awful likes, one green horizontal and other vertical. The phone is 1.5 years old and is with protector case and was not hit. The dead pixels just appeared because this phone has issues with the big screen.
Now at Samsung Switzerland they neglect to recognize it as a defect and they suggest is due to user braking the phone which is not true and they dont want to recognize the 2 years warranty. Samsung Switzerland becoming like a third world country insurance company.

What would be the best "Extra Warranty additional" to purchase to get it recognized without issue by samsung? and I mean warranty and not insurance where you still have to pay for changing the screen.

I'm very sorry that you're having problems with your smartphone. Unfortunately, there are no additional guarantees that you can buy. We recommend that you contact your insurance company, as such damage may be included.
Or, if you bought the device from us, you can send it in to us for warranty. However, the answer will probably be the same. But it's worth a try.
