Question about Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Gaming OC

I am building myself a new PC for Christmas with the new non-existent 3070 from Gigabyte OC version, item name used to be Eagle or something but they removed that. The manufacturer number is: GV-N3070GAMING OC-8GD, I ordered this on my dad's acount a week and a half ago when they still said it would come between today; 11/27 and 12/4. But we got a mail today, oh you know what, the graphics card has been postponed indefinitely, which will most likely arrive next year. And I saw that you can still order it this morning and it will be delivered. That's what I should do. They promised me a card that was supposed to arrive today by next week and then they say, oh you know what, no you won't get it. I bet I'm not the first person to write to them and say this and I won't be the last, but they can't just take away a promised gift and then just say they'll get it in the next century.
